Elizabeth Freeman I would rate these brushes as five-star, but the ridiculous delay in delivery, plus difficulties with locating and contacting the company, would put me off ordering them again. The company did send a couple of extra brushes as compensation, which was appreciated, but I'd already had to order from elsewhere, which was irritating. Communication was lacking and I believed I'd been scammed. A simple email saying there was a delay would have helped, but there was none.
